Founded in 2011 with a very clear and objective proposal: to help companies sell more using the internet, the Colombian digital marketing agency BlueCaribu has offices in Spain, Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador, and more than 40 digital marketing experts.
"Our goal is to use technology and digital marketing to help our clients generate more sales," says Felipe Castelli, web and SEO director at BlueCaribu. There are already hundreds of companies served by BlueCaribu in at least 19 countries. Among them are multinationals such as L'Oreal and Visa, in addition to many small and medium-sized companies.
One of the services provided by the agency is web development. And this is the focus of Felipe Castelli's work. "My role is to optimize the creation time of each site and, at the same time, deliver a high standard of quality that meets the specific needs of each client."
In other words, Felipe sought to ensure that the websites developed by BlueCaribu have a great design, an excellent user experience and become a tool to help customers sell more on the internet. However, the process was complicated and fraught with challenges.
Like many agencies, BlueCaribu faced several challenges during the process of creating websites for its clients. It was slow and dependent on plugins and templates created for the CMS. Customization was a big headache.
At the same time, continual updates or plug-ins could make some sites not work. Finally, many optimizations had to be done manually and were dependent on a designer or programmer.

Therefore, in 2019 the agency chose to start working with Duda's platform. "When we started our alliance with Duda, the process was simple and uncomplicated. They introduced us to the tool, allowed us to interact with it and then we started to use it for each of our customers", says Felipe. He adds that there was no cost associated with the process prior to using the platform.

Today, BlueCaribu has, on average, 180 customers using Duda's platform every month. For these customers, the increase in conversions for paid traffic, SEO, social media or email marketing campaigns was 37%. In other words, sites created with Duda show an improvement in performance of almost 40%!
