Open the website you wish to add an app to in the Duda editor. Then, access the App Store in the left-hand side menu of the editor by clicking the Apps icon. Once you have found your desired app, click ‘Add’ to purchase a plan for it (if one is required). After your app has been purchased, it will automatically be installed on the site.

Each app has a different price point, which is set by its provider. You can find the price for each app in the ‘Learn More’ section of its profile in the store.

Currently, the API for apps is limited to a number of people. We are working to expand the capability of the App Store so it can be used in a more widespread fashion.

We recommend you contact Duda directly with any questions you have about an app. Our Customer Success Specialists will either provide you with a solution or the contact information for the support team of your app provider.

Duda works with best-of-breed providers and only selects a few partners from each category/vertical. Additionally, Duda ensures the apps we offer deeply integrate into the website to ensure as much power as possible to our users and are regularly monitored for quality assurance by our team.

Yes. After an app is installed on a website, you can remove it by accessing its settings under the App Store tab in the left-hand side menu inside the editor. Just click, ‘Learn More’ on the app you wish to remove to view its settings.

Your customers can only access apps that are installed on their websites and must have the ‘Apps’ permission turned on in your account’s Roles & Permissions. Without this permission, your customers won’t see the App Store.

Apps are only billed directly to you (not your clients). Payments for apps are included in your monthly Duda invoice.

Currently, apps in the Duda App Store do not provide a white label option; however, this functionality will be added for some apps soon. If an app is white labeled for your customers, this information will be indicated in the App’s profile.

You can use the App Store with a Basic, Team, Agency or Custom accounts. Legacy accounts must upgrade their plan prior to using the App Store. Contact Support for more details.
