In 2022, CCC identified a major gap in their market: many of their automotive collision repair customers had virtually no web presence. If a shop had a website at all, it was typically a very basic site–essentially a digital business card. In addition to creating a new revenue stream, this product launch would allow CCC to create even more value for their customer base to drive loyalty and retention.

Plus, the end user experience is completely seamless. The customer feels like they’ve never left the CCC platform.
From start to finish, CCC was able to bring a complete, full-feature website product to market in just 6 months. They were able to launch quickly by working with a Duda Expert (Fix8 Media) to build custom connected templates. CCC also had the ongoing support of Duda’s account management and technical account management teams, who met weekly with CCC’s cross-functional team to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
Post-launch, CCC continues to partner closely with their Duda Account Manager and Duda Expert team to continuously improve and refine the website offering.
In the first 3 months since introducing their website builder product, CCC has already seen some very promising results, launching websites for 25 satisfied customers and counting.
“Our sales team has told us this was one of their easiest products to sell,” said Jain.
He also emphasized the excitement customers have expressed when they see just how easy it is to launch their very own full-feature website.
“The feedback is always overwhelmingly positive,” said Jain, “Customers couldn’t believe that in just a few minutes, they could have their business website up and running. There’s a little bit of disbelief that that’s possible.”
