After trying almost every website-building platform out there, Kentucky-based Bolt Marketing switched to Duda almost exclusively, creating 35 sites, with the goal of creating one site a week in 2022. In the meantime, they have already exceeded the goal (relatively speaking), reducing their clients’ website build times by 50% and edit times by 75%, as well as the overall cost of building sites by 40%.
Bolt Marketing’s mission is to help small to medium-sized business owners grow their business at an affordable price, providing four marketing fundamentals: messaging & positioning, branding & design, websites, and digital marketing.
“I want to try and tie everything we do back to ROI and how it moves the needle for your business,” says Chase Fairchild, Partner & Founder at Bolt Marketing. One of those things that really make an impact are websites, as Chase explains: “Websites are the most important asset you can have online. All roads point back to your website which is why I call it the digital nucleus.”
Offering a website support package to their clients, Bolt Marketing needed to cut down on the time it takes to build, edit and maintain sites. Facing quite a bit of work on their end, while building and maintaining sites with Webflow, tackling responsivity issues with Wix, and not getting the flexibility they want with Squarespace, Bolt Marketing searched for a website building platform that can tend to all their needs.
So when a client recommended Duda, Chase gave it a shot and signed up to build a website. The first thing that caught his attention was the design flexibility and ease of use: “I was really surprised with the ease of use and how simple it felt for the end-user to design something, but how complicated it actually was. Because to make something look so simple, it has to be incredibly complex.”
Bolt Marketing and Duda really hit it off.
What started out as one site built on Duda became a whole operation of sites being built on Duda.
Having that one-stop-shop to build and support websites, that handles “whatever you throw at it” as opposed to utilizing different website platforms, played a key role in Bolt’s Marketing ability to scale, reducing websites delivery time by half, maintenance time by 75%, and websites cost by 40%. This, naturally, translated into Bolt Marketing's overall success.
It wasn’t just about the numbers though. There is also something to be said about the quality of websites produced and maintained by Bolt marketing using Duda, as Chase summed it up: “We build better websites as a result of using Duda, they load faster and perform better.”
