Duda trademarks include words, phrases, and symbols associated with Duda and our services (“Duda Trademarks”). Examples of the Duda Trademarks include the Duda name and Duda logos.
Duda wants to enable our partners and others who support our services to use the Duda Trademarks. To that end, we’d like to make it easy for anyone to use the Duda Trademarks to help spread the word and improve Duda.
At the same time, we must protect our reputation and brand identity. These Duda Trademark Guidelines make it clear how our partners, customers, and other approved users can use the Duda Brands. We ask that you follow them to promote consistent use of the Duda Brands and make it easier for people to recognize Duda without confusion.
We may grant permission to use the Duda Brands for activities that support and positively contribute to the Duda ecosystem.
A few specifics:

Please do not use Duda as part of a domain name, product, or service unless you have our written pre-approval. Under no circumstances is it permitted to use Duda as part of a domain name or top-level domain name.

Duda-related businesses or projects can use the Duda name and logo to refer to and explain their services, but they cannot use the Duda name as part of a product, project, service, domain name, or company name and they cannot use them in any way that suggests an affiliation with or endorsement by Duda.
For example, an agency can describe its business as “ABC Digital Agency, offering Duda-powered professional websites,” but cannot call its business “The Duda Agency.” Similarly, a business related to Duda education, training, and tutorials can describe itself as “ACME Website Pros and Training, the experts in getting the most out of Duda,” but cannot call itself “Duda University.” A web design platform can sell “templates compatible with the Duda Platform” but cannot call their products “Duda Templates.”

Similarly, it’s OK to use the Duda logo as part of a page that describes your products or services, but it is not OK to use it as part of your company or product logo or branding itself.

We do not allow the use of the trademark in advertising, including AdSense/AdWords.

If you’re a Duda Expert, you may have access to certain Duda Badges, as governed by our Duda Expert Program. You can find further information about how to use Duda Logos in the Expert Program Branding Guidelines.
Please note that it is not the goal of this policy to limit commercial activity around the Duda ecosystem. Rather, it is intended to reduce potential customer confusion. We want businesses that specialize in the Duda Platform to flourish, and many are thriving while in compliance with these guidelines.

When you need to use a Duda Logo, please use reasonable efforts to use the following. Please only use logos in accordance with our Trademark Guidelines. If we notice a use of our logo that distorts these images or doesn’t comply with our guidelines, we may contact you to remove or correct the Duda Trademarks.
