Edit text faster with quick AI Content Assistant actions

We’ve added new quick edit suggestions right into the AI Content Assistant dialog box, to allow you to shorten, lengthen, and improve text better and faster.

To give an example, if your suggested text is longer than expected, you can easily ask the Assistant to cut it short right here at the click of a button, without needing to re-select the text and open Assistant's text menu all over again.

An added bonus: these actions are also available when generating SEO meta tags for individual fields (only title or description).

New! Change workspaces to easily work on all your accounts

We’ve added the option to quickly log in to other workspaces you might need to when working on multiple accounts.

Your Duda profile menu now includes the option to Change Workspace. Opting for this option will show you the available accounts, and clicking each of these will put you through the login to the other account.

More code customization power with your Dynamic Pages

We've added the ability to add inline binding to a page's head HTML. Until now you could connect a Dynamic Page's meta title and meta description to the site’s internal collection, to dynamically show metadata for each page item.

So what’s new? You can now add other metadata, and insert custom code to the Dynamic Page's head HTML. Another option that’s now possible is to connect Content Library fields to the <head> section of regular (non-Dynamic) site pages.

That's it for this month's Wrap Up. We hope you find these useful. Got an idea or a feature request? Stop by our Idea Board and post it.

How to instantly see the sites you care about the most

Endless possibilities of managing your workflow

This update can help you create saved views of different site categories that are important for your agency, and will serve as an efficient tool for quickly distinguishing between them. Here are some examples:

All sites assigned to a certain team member

This is easy to accomplish by creating a label for each team member, and then assigning that label to the relevant site. Then on your site list, simply filter by that label and save that view:

To create your first saved view, simply apply at least one filter to your site list and then hit the + Save view menu item. Name and save your view, and this will instantly add a quick access button on top of your site list.

You can add multiple saved views on your site list screen, and jump between them to quickly see the respective filtered lists. In addition, you can rename and delete your saved views, and set one as the default view whenever you land on your site list.

Sites grouped by different phases of your workflow

Save multiple filtered views of sites that are published, unpublished, and sites with unresolved comments to make this happen:

Sites of the same vertical

You can make this happen by creating labels per site depending on their vertical (like eComm, Hotel, Auto Shop, etc.), and then save the view of sites filtered by each label:

Previous ‘Remember filter’ is now a saved view

If you’ve previously selected the ‘Remember filter’ checkbox in your site list filter option, it will now automatically appear as a saved view on your site list, and named My Saved View.

Another site list improvement you should know about

Now you can easily keep track of your sites' subscription auto renewal dates right on your site list. We've added a visual icon indication to the Subscription column of your site list, to show whether that site subscription is set to renew or not. This is in addition to the existing tooltip that appears as you hover your cursor over the site's plan name.

We’ve added an option to save filtered views of your site list, so you can instantly and easily see the sites that matter the most to you whenever you land on that screen. This opens the door to virtually endless workflow management possibilities for your agency.
